Knowing which services to book

• My opening hours and website availability don’t always show every appointment, I do save some morning slots and evening slots behind the scenes just in case so if you can’t see an appointment that works for you, pop me a message and i’ll see if i have anything out of hours!

• Any appointment could be longer or shorter than the showed appointment time- it’s there as a rough guide.

• If you have short or strong nails then the Biab services may work best for you.

• If you have long or weak nails then the Hard gel services may work best for you.

• If you do not know what category your design will fall into, just pop me a message and i can tell you! 

• Simple nail art: consists of small designs on 1 or 2 nails per hand. (examples: hibiscus flowers, blooming gel flowers, animal print)

• Advanced nail art: multi nail designs or designs that take more time than simple. (examples: frenchies, cat eye) 

• Complex nail art: most detailed nail art that takes the most amount of time. (examples: 3D flowers/ 3D gel, tortoise shell, multi design combinations) 

• If you have a broken nail that requires an extension to fix it at your appointment please select the nail fix on top of your selected biab/ hard gel appointment 

• If you want extensions please ensure you select the full set extensions so I will have time to do them

Policies/ Terms & Conditions

General
• Please come with bare nails to your 1st appointment, i don’t remove other people’s work.
• I will not provide builder gel/ hard gel services on anyone under the age of 16 due to insurance requirements.
• If you have damaged/ infected nails i have a right to refuse service for the hygiene of my salon and the safety of your nail health.
• There is no wheelchair access to the property, I am very sorry for any upset this may cause :(. 
• My salon is located at the bottom of my garden so when it rains it can get quite muddy- please bear this in mind for what footwear you choose. 
• Cash is preferred but bank transfer also accepted. 
• Please be respectful to myself and my neighbours as you are entering my home. 



Plus ones/ children 
• Plus ones are permitted but just let me know beforehand, I only have one guest chair as it’s a small space.
• Children are not permitted on the premises unless pre agreed. 


Cancellations/ late to appointments
• If you are feeling unwell or have been exposed to illness, please do not turn up to your appointment. Let me know and we can reschedule. 
• Please let me know if you are going to be more than 15 mins late to your appointment as there is a risk i may have to cancel or reschedule due to time. 



Parking: 
• There is on road parking up and down the road & the connecting roads. Please do not park in front of anyone’s driveways.



Nail policies
• There is a 48 hour grace period for if any nails lift or come off i will fix them for free *unless* I can see it was not a mistake of mine and instead it was natural wear & tear or purposeful damage (aka ripping a nail off). 
• Please inform me of any allergies you have, or if you have had a previous reaction from nail products. If i am not informed of this and you have an allergic reaction i take no liability. 
• I use products both containing known allergens and also not containing them, for those who have allergies to specific known ingredients (aka HEMA). 
• If you have any signs of a reaction please contact me and i will either remove it or recommend you go to A&E or the doctor if it is serious. 
• I have a no refund policy- with the exception of there being proof of purposeful negligence or improper application on my part. 
• The client must understand the risk of an allergic reaction (contact dermatitis) from receiving any kind of gel nail treatments.
